1) Denture – the most common choice. Can be made out of metal or plastic and it can be taken in and out of the mouth. It’s a straightforward process, quick, and fairly cheap. They do tend to break and sometimes aren’t as comfortable as the other options, so it’s worth discussing your individual circumstances with your dentist.
2) Crown/Bridge – relatively quick and simple. A bit hard to clean, but a great improvement on how your teeth look and feel. This is more expensive than a denture.
3) Implant Crown – a screw gets placed in the jaw and an dental implant tooth is screwed into it. This is the most natural looking option, but also the most expensive. It does take a bit of time to get set up properly as it’s very much a customised approach. Next to a real tooth this is the most natural looking and feeling option.
