Dental implants use state of the art titanium screws to provide anchorage to support either porcelain teeth or dentures.
Because they are completely integrated within bone, dental implants feel much more natural and more closely imitate the appearance and feeling of your own teeth. Implants are also standalone units so are not reliant on, and do not impact, neighbouring teeth.
Dental implants can be performed at our practice with no general anaesthesia. Patients generally leave as they would after routine dental appointment as only local anaesthesia is used.
